Welcome to Blue Line Photos. By accessing this website, viewing images, downloading photographs, purchasing digital products or prints, or otherwise using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Copyright
All photographs, images, graphics, logos, artwork, branding, and other content created by Blue Line Photos remain the exclusive intellectual property and copyrighted work of Blue Line Photos unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
The purchase of digital downloads or prints grants the purchaser a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
Permitted uses include:
Personal printing
Display in your home
Sharing with family and friends
Posting on personal social media accounts
Purchased images may not be:
Sold, redistributed, licensed, or transferred to another person or business.
Used for commercial advertising, promotional materials, fundraising, merchandise, publications, or resale without prior written permission from Blue Line Photos.
Submitted into contests or publications as your own work.
Altered in a manner that removes Blue Line Photos branding or watermark when present.
Digital Downloads
Digital downloads are delivered electronically through Pixieset following successful payment.
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download purchases are final and non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for downloading and safely storing purchased files after delivery.
Prints
Prints are fulfilled through professional print laboratories partnered with Pixieset.
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact Blue Line Photos as soon as possible so we can assist in resolving the issue.
Artistic Style & Editing
Every image delivered by Blue Line Photos reflects the photographer’s artistic style and creative vision.
Images may receive professional editing including, but not limited to:
Exposure and color correction
Lighting enhancements
Cropping
Sharpening
Blemish removal
Background cleanup
Creative color grading
Composite editing
Artistic effects
Editing style is considered part of the finished artwork and is not subject to alteration unless previously agreed upon.
Creative Editing & Digital Artwork
Blue Line Photos may utilize professional editing software and modern digital technologies, including artificial intelligence-assisted editing tools, to create the final artistic presentation of photographs.
Creative enhancements may include:
Background removal or replacement
AI-assisted background generation
Composite artwork
Digital scenery
Object removal
Sky replacement
Special effects
Digital restoration
Advanced retouching
These edits are intended to create artistic imagery and are not intended to represent documentary or forensic reproductions of actual events.
Final artistic interpretation remains at the discretion of Blue Line Photos unless otherwise agreed upon before the session.
Event & Organization Photography
Blue Line Photos photographs youth sporting events, tournaments, games, practices, team photo sessions, portrait sessions, and other organized activities with the permission or authorization of the applicable facility, league, tournament, school, organization, or event organizer when required.
Our goal is to capture memorable moments that celebrate athletes, families, and the sports they love.
Photographs may naturally include:
Athletes
Coaches
Officials
Spectators
Volunteers
Other participants present during the normal course of an event
Depending on the gallery, photographs may be made available for:
Viewing
Sharing
Complimentary download
Purchase
Professional print ordering
through Blue Line Photos and Pixieset galleries.
Blue Line Photos does not photograph inside locker rooms, changing areas, restrooms, or other locations where individuals have a reasonable expectation of privacy, except where specifically authorized and conducted in accordance with applicable organization policies and safety requirements.
Blue Line Photos respects the privacy of athletes and their families. If a parent, legal guardian, or participant has concerns regarding a specific photograph, they may contact Blue Line Photos. We will promptly review all requests and make reasonable efforts to remove images from public display when appropriate.
When photographing team or organization events, Blue Line Photos may provide complimentary team photographs, coach headshots, or other promotional images to the organization for its own internal or promotional use. Organizations remain responsible for obtaining any permissions required under their own policies for such use.
Logos, Uniforms & Trademarks
Photographs may naturally contain team logos, uniforms, jerseys, sponsor logos, rink signage, trademarks, copyrighted artwork, and other protected materials that appear during the normal course of photography.
Blue Line Photos does not claim ownership of any third-party trademarks or copyrighted materials appearing within photographs.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any commercial or promotional use of purchased images complies with applicable league, organization, school, sponsor, trademark, or copyright policies.
Safe Environment
Blue Line Photos is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional experience for every athlete, family, and organization we serve.
Photographers assigned to events requiring restricted access maintain all certifications, background screenings, and safety training required by the applicable organization, facility, league, tournament, or governing body. This may include, where applicable, certifications such as USA Hockey SafeSport training, background screening, or other required credentials permitting authorized access to restricted team areas, player benches, penalty boxes, and similar locations.
Blue Line Photos conducts itself in accordance with the policies and procedures established by the host organization and respects all venue rules regarding athlete safety, privacy, and facility access.

All photographs, logos, graphics, branding, text, website design, and other content displayed by Blue Line Photos remain the intellectual property of Blue Line Photos unless otherwise noted.
No portion of this website may be copied, reproduced, republished, redistributed, or used without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Blue Line Photos is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, payment processor interruptions, website hosting issues, shipping delays, laboratory production delays, or customer device compatibility.
Blue Line Photos’ maximum liability for any claim relating to products or services shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.
Changes to These Terms
Blue Line Photos reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of this website following any revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
